The Solution

I came up with the idea of a watch that can keep track of your calories burned and calories consumed. The interface is easy to read but not so in-your-face that people looking at your watch can see if you over-ate today.

Students work as a team for this contest to create an advertising campaign for Coca-Cola.

The Solution

The idea the team came up with was to bring back the Coca-Cola bear to raise awareness for global warming. I came up with a logo that tied these two themes together. The positive space shows a globe, and the negative space shows a polar bear with the Coca-Cola bottle.

I designed several concepts to promote clean, alternative energy. For this concept, I came up with the headlines first and then created a collage to add more impact.

I designed several concepts to promote clean, alternative energy. For this concept, the peace sign struck me when I saw a picture of wind turbines. I came up with the headline 'Power Makes Peace' as a way of clean energy making peace with the environment.

Create a graphic image by using stencils.

The Solution

I illustrated a graphic to communicate how media can pressure teenage girls to look thin. I drew the initial sketch, cut out the stencil, spray painted it, then scanned it in to add the text graphics.

Redesign the logo for the Cooper Hewitt Museum, create an event and design the poster and brochure for it.

The Solution

I came up with an exhibition for chairs with a focus on the frame. Many chairs have interesting structures and this poster shows that off.

Redesign the logo for the Cooper Hewitt Museum and design an event calendar for it.

The Solution

I designed a logo that consisted of a variety of typefaces to represent the different types of designs that is showcased at the museum. The cover for the events calendar is based off of the new logo.

Design the branding, window display and marketing materials for the eco-friendly campaign, “What’s your green style?”

The Solution

The logo was created as a simple two-color job that would make it more eco-conscious to print. I designed posters, hang tags, email blasts, web banners, merchandise and the window display to promote the new eco-friendly merchandise at the HBO Shop. The window display was updated during Earth Week.
